In October 2014, a group of Super J IGA Unity in Community Volunteers collaborated with officers of the Babonneau and Gros-Islet Police Stations, carpenters of the NHC, teachers, and parents of the Grande Riviere Primary school and community volunteers to commence work on a Walk-Under Roof Project for the Grande Riviere Primary School.
This project will be officially unveiled to the public on Thursday, May 7th, 2015 from 9:00am during a school assembly at the Grande Riviere Primary School.
Super J IGA’s Unity in Community Programme continues to make its mark in communities cross Saint Lucia by providing financial support and voluntary services to projects geared at enriching lives and improving communities. The Programme was launched as part of CFL’s tenth anniversary celebrations. It places emphasis on community building through volunteerism.
